1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Farzad Solo Ads, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order. These terms apply to all solo ad purchases made through farzadsoloads.com or directly via email, Facebook, or any other channel.

2. Services Provided

Farzad Solo Ads provides email traffic delivery services. We send your offer to opted-in email subscribers on your behalf. We deliver the agreed number of unique clicks to your landing page within the agreed timeframe. We do not guarantee sales, leads, opt-ins, commissions, or income of any kind.

3. Offer Approval

All offers must be reviewed and approved before traffic delivery begins. We reserve the right to reject any offer that promotes illegal products or services, adult content, gambling, hate speech, multi-level marketing schemes that violate applicable law, or any content we deem inappropriate for our list. If your offer is rejected, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before traffic delivery begins. We accept credit card via Stripe and PayPal. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment processing fees are included in the listed price. No payment plans or partial payments are accepted.

5. Delivery

Traffic delivery begins within 24 hours of offer approval. We deliver the exact number of unique clicks ordered, or more. Average delivery time is 72 hours. Delivery may take longer for large orders exceeding 1,000 clicks. You will receive a campaign report when delivery is complete.

6. Triple Guarantee

We guarantee the exact click count ordered. If delivery falls short, we continue sending until you receive the full amount at no additional cost. We guarantee real human traffic. If bot traffic is detected, those clicks are replaced at no cost. We guarantee responsive support throughout your campaign.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available before traffic delivery begins, or if your offer is rejected as incompatible with our list. Once traffic delivery has started or been completed, no refunds are issued. Any shortfall in click delivery is covered by the delivery guarantee described in Section 6. No refunds are provided based on conversion rates, opt-in rates, or sales results.

8. No Earnings Guarantee

We make no guarantees about earnings, income, sales, or results of any kind. Conversion results depend entirely on your offer, landing page, email follow-up sequence, and market conditions. Results shown on our website are from real campaigns and are provided for illustration purposes only. Individual results will vary.

9. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your landing page and offer comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including CAN-SPAM (USA), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (EU). You must have a valid privacy policy on your landing page. You must not use our traffic for any illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your order without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on farzadsoloads.com including text, images, and design is the property of Farzad Solo Ads. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Farzad Solo Ads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent order.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Germany. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have rights under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
